Challenge:
Assist with the staff development for a new customer-facing services division. Since the division is service oriented and deals with key clients, extreme care was required in the selection of appropriate candidates, not only for skill fit, but for cultural fit. They needed an entire team to be assembled within a short period of time, and preferred to use contract resources with the right-to-hire option.
The staffing of this assignment was complicated even more by the need for these candidates to be available for international travel for several weeks at a time.
