A challenging combination of skills. First priority was someone who could step into a NOC environment and be immediately productive in supporting the NMS systems in place.
Secondary skills required deep understanding of day-to-day DBA work for the multiple database products that were already in-house.
Solution:
NetEffects identified a senior level consultant who had all of these skills plus extensive server administration and security.
Result:
NetEffects was able to meet the skill requirements with an individual that also had additional skills. As a result, the client was able to use this person for additional responsibilities.
