During my tenure with NetEffects, I have quietly observed a constantly evolving company that adapts, listens, and even appreciates consultant feedback. This isn’t a pat, cookie-cutter statement...I have had five years of watching a company enhance its benefits through benchmarking and employee consultation, absorb portions of the cost reductions when its clients have cut rates the company’s rates, assist those in need through its philanthropy efforts, and even ensure that their benefits structure isn’t so rigid or set in stone that they don’t take the time to listen to individual needs.
