Position Details: Web Content Developer Needed!

NetEffects is seeking a multifaceted Web Content Developer; SharePoint experience is preferred but NOT required for one of our local highly regarded companies.
Required Skills:
· At least two (2) years of enterprise content management (ECM) or collaboration experience.
· Experience in the design and implementation of enterprise collaboration and content management applications
· Development and site administration skills for the deployment and lifecycle management of sites; including site definition, user configuration and functional implementation
· Familiarity with integrating disparate technologies for the implementation of collaboration, content management, and knowledge management solutions.
· Experience implementing and managing web content management software.
· Windows and SharePoint workflow configuration.
· Must be able to work in a team that has a high level of change and flexibility on projects with very aggressive timelines and deliverable dates.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and to deliver effective presentations to a variety of audiences.
Responsibilities:
· Designs, develops, implements and administers activities supporting enterprise content management (ECM.)
· Support business requests and technology problems requiring knowledge of software development tools and technologies
· Work with the ECM team and PMO to scope and develop implementation plans for requests and enhancements
· Support and help manage a content management framework
· Develop and manage a library of templates, web parts and other custom elements to ensure common practices.
· Manage identity and rights to enable access for internal users as well as external users
· Assist with the development of system design and functional specifications documents.
· Design and develop custom applications and configurations to support business requests
· Utilize SharePoint for a public facing website, not for document management.
