NetEffects is seeking a Senior Network and Operating Systems Support Administrator with extensive experience for one of America’s leading Biochemical Companies in the Midwest.
Required Skills:
- At least six (6) years experience with Tier 2 infrastructure services support, Windows Server 2003 exposure, Active Directory, DNS, and Core Infrastructure Services knowledge.
- Experience in project management, infrastructure support, developing documentation, and end-user support.
- Excellent communications and troubleshooting skills are required.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to create support documentation
- Ability to manage issue resolution
Preferred Skills:
- Instant Messaging service administration.
- Audio / Web Conferencing service administration.
- Telephony exposure including VoIP, SIP, simultaneous ring, softphone administration.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will assist with the development, deployment, and support of Microsoft Office Communications Server, Cisco Meeting Place, Cisco Unity Unified Messaging, and other advanced technologies.
