NetEffects is seeking a talented Avaya Programmer that has excellent communication skills for one of our highly regarded fortune 500 clients.
Required Skills:
- Around five (5) years programming experience with Avaya PBX (G3si, S8700 & S8300), Avaya Gateways (G700, G350, G450), Avaya Communications Manager (2.x ' 5.x), and Avaya Intuity
- Around five (5) years experience with Definty Audix messaging system, and Interchange message networking.
- Experience with ordering and activating both domestic and international voice circuits and equipment.
- In depth knowledge of trunking and VoIP
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to effectively execute critical projects
- Project experience
- International experience
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related experience
Responsibilities:
- Avaya Programmer will be implementing new systems, working on moves, expansions and upgrades.
- Design and deliver voice communications solutions that satisfy requirements for corporate office moves and expansions.
- Facilitate solid line of communication and coordination with regional offices and engineering teams throughout the lifecycle of the project to meet project installation objectives.
- Avaya Programmer will be responsible for ordering and implementation of voice circuits; PBX, Gateway and voicemail equipment programming, installation and upgrades; and assisting with operational outages and issues.
