NetEffects is seeking a multi-faceted Video Systems Support Technician that has Cisco Video On Demand (VOD) Portal experience for one of America’s leading Biochemical Companies in the Midwest. 

 

Required Skills:

  • Cisco Digital Media Manager Application
  • Cisco Video On Demand (VOD) Portal
  • Windows Server 2003 Exposure
  • Windows Media Servers
  • Understanding of Multicast/Unicast, Video networks
  • Understanding of various encoding formats, including mpeg2, mpeg4, Flash, Windows Media, H.264, H.323, and H.320
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication Skills
  • Ability to create support documentation
  • Ability to manage issue resolution

 

Responsibilities:

  • Video Systems Support Technician will assist with the development, deployment, and support of Monsanto's Video Streaming services, Video On Demand Portal, Digital Signage, and Enterprise TV.
  • Video Systems Support Technician will support Cisco Digital Media Manager, Cisco MeetingPlace, and other technologies.
