NetEffects is seeking a multi-faceted Video Systems Support Technician that has Cisco Video On Demand (VOD) Portal experience for one of America’s leading Biochemical Companies in the Midwest.

Required Skills:

Cisco Digital Media Manager Application
Cisco Video On Demand (VOD) Portal
Windows Server 2003 Exposure
Windows Media Servers
Understanding of Multicast/Unicast, Video networks
Understanding of various encoding formats, including mpeg2, mpeg4, Flash, Windows Media, H.264, H.323, and H.320
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication Skills
Ability to create support documentation
Ability to manage issue resolution

Responsibilities:

Video Systems Support Technician will assist with the development, deployment, and support of Monsanto's Video Streaming services, Video On Demand Portal, Digital Signage, and Enterprise TV.
Video Systems Support Technician will support Cisco Digital Media Manager, Cisco MeetingPlace, and other technologies.
