NetEffects is seeking a talented Network Engineer for one of our highly regarded nationwide clients in TN.
Required Skills:
· At least two (2) years telephony communications experience
· Extensive knowledge of various telephony equipment (Lucent/Nortel/etc.) ability to diagnose/trouble shoot diverse technologies and familiarity with dispatch protocol, voice mail and call center applications
· Familiar with programming of PBX, phones, trunking and Nortel PBX & IPE’s Opt 81,71,61,11
· Familiar with SL1 and RPE
· Meet all SLA’s
· Ability to lift 50 lbs
· Basic computer skills
Responsibilities:
· Voice/Data repair/installs, manage inventory processes, controls and audits.
· Oversee and perform switch room maintenance, interface with the customers and other internal employees.
· Network Engineer will ensure the accuracy & timelines of all reports as well as customer satisfaction/service efficiency.
