NetEffects is seeking a Project Manager with Operations Support Systems (OSS) experience for one of our highly regarded clients.
Required Skills:
- At least five (5) years Project management experience
- Strong experience in System Administration
- At least five (5) years of service provider IT analyst experience
- Project manager candidate must demonstrate expertise in following an established software development methodology, project development planning and problem resolution
- Extensive project management experience
- Strong communication and consensus-building skills which enable interaction with business process owners and end users
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
Responsibilities:
- Provide project plans with detailed requirement documents for each project and maintain all projects within appropriate PMIS for all modifications to systems
- Manage assigned Operations Support Systems (OSS) projects from conception to final release
- Project manager candidate will be responsible for training all affected communities of new functionality
- Generate test plans and perform tests of all assigned enhancements migrating to production as well as assist when additional testing is needed
- Project manager candidate will be working with several interfaces
