NetEffects is seeking an experienced Agile Manager (Agile Coach, Trainer) to join one of the principal pharmaceutical companies worldwide.
Required Skills:
- At least ten (10) years experience in the software industry with experience in the full lifecycle of software development. Well versed in software development lifecycle practices and roles
- At least seven (7) years of experience in project delivery successes (Agile) on project teams
- Extensive experience in executing Agile in large corporations and on large global, multi-site projects
- Extensive experience in designing, planning for and implementing Agile practice and processes in large corporations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Organized and able to deal with multiple teams at one time
Preferred Skills:
- Pharmaceutical Industry Experience
Responsibilities:
- Agile Manager will work with core stakeholders to assess the current environment and identify those barriers and challenges in people, process, tools and operating model that will need to be addressed to implement effective Agile practices in software development
- Agile Manager will refine recommendations for processes, practices, standards, definitions, operating model based on the results of the pilot
- Make recommendations for robust Agile processes, practices, definitions, performance standards, and operating model.
