NetEffects is seeking an experienced Migration Project Manager to join one of the principal pharmaceutical companies worldwide.
Required Skills:
- Experience managing complex projects in a large corporate environment
- Knowledge of Records Management
- Experience working with SOPs and Policies in a regulated environment
- Experience working with IT organizations, familiarity with IT terminology, policies and procedures
- Project Manager must be On-site daily with flexibility for early morning teleconferences with contacts that are offshore
Preferred Skills:
- Pharmaceutical Industry Experience.
- PMI Project Management Institute Certification
Responsibilities:
- Migration Project Manager (PM) will be involved with migration of documents from a legacy format to a new format, a QC process to ensure accuracy of content and a mapping of each document against several different external criteria.
- Migration Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for keeping track of metrics regarding progress on the project
- Accountable for defining, negotiating and proactively managing project scope, schedule, resources and budget, and monitoring progress by providing periodic project status updates including progress, milestones and issues
- Develop and participate in the review of business and functional requirements and determine primary functions that the project is to provide
