Position Details: Network and Operating Systems Support

NetEffects is seeking a talented Network and Operating Systems Support for one of our highly regarded clients.
Required Skills:
- At least five (5) years experience with MS Access, MS Office, Windows NT, Word, and Robohelp.
- At least three (3) years experience with CISCO Call Manager cluster, Cisco Operations Manager, Cisco voicemail and unified inbox (Unity and CUE).
- At least three (3) years experience with VOIP and VOIP Implementation.
- At least three (3) years of troubleshooting skills.
- Extensive understanding of SIP/H323.
- Able to implement and maintain Cisco VoIP platform and Microsoft Unified Communication server.
Preferred Skills:
- CCNA, Cisco's Gateway and Gatekeeper, Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE).
- Office Communicator System (OCS) and Microsoft Office Communicator (MOC).
- Voice Recorder, Cable Plant, Interactive Voice Response systems (IVR) and Automatic Call Distributor (ACD).
