Position Details:  Network & Operating Systems Support

NetEffects is seeking a Network & Operating Systems Support candidate with substantial experience for one of America’s leading Biochemical Companies in the Midwest. 

Required Skills:

  • At least three (3) years Cisco call center experience
  • Experience inside a contact center
  • Ability to implement and maintain Cisco VoIP platform and Microsoft Unified Communication server
  • B.A. degree
  • Understanding of the ITIL process

Responsibilities:

  • Network & Operating Systems Support candidate will be responsible for scripting and understanding the entire call flow process.
  • Network & Operating Systems Support candidate will be on a call rotation
  • Network & Operating Systems Support candidate may be responsible for change control
