NetEffects is seeking a Network & Operating Systems Support candidate with substantial experience for one of America’s leading Biochemical Companies in the Midwest.
Required Skills:
- At least three (3) years Cisco call center experience
- Experience inside a contact center
- Ability to implement and maintain Cisco VoIP platform and Microsoft Unified Communication server
- B.A. degree
- Understanding of the ITIL process
Responsibilities:
- Network & Operating Systems Support candidate will be responsible for scripting and understanding the entire call flow process.
- Network & Operating Systems Support candidate will be on a call rotation
- Network & Operating Systems Support candidate may be responsible for change control
