Position Details:  Support Center Engineer

Location:

NetEffects is seeking a talented Support Center Engineer for one of our highly regarded nationwide clients.

Required Skills:

  • At least three years experience with T1, T3, VoIP
  • Previous proven experience in network operations.
  • At least two years experience with Remedy based ticket system
  • At least two (2) years experience with Remote access and large FTP files.
  • Must understand the structure of VoIP network built off T1 from different vendors. 
  • Must be dependable and reliable. 

Preferred Skills:

  • Cisco
