Position Details: Support Center Engineer

NetEffects is seeking a talented Support Center Engineer for one of our highly regarded nationwide clients.
Required Skills:
- At least three years experience with T1, T3, VoIP
- Previous proven experience in network operations.
- At least two years experience with Remedy based ticket system
- At least two (2) years experience with Remote access and large FTP files.
- Must understand the structure of VoIP network built off T1 from different vendors.
- Must be dependable and reliable.
Preferred Skills:
- Cisco
