Required Skills:
- Business Analyst should be local to the St. Louis Area.
- Have at least three (3) years work and/or educational experience in an agricultural, biotechnology, or life sciences industry as a Business Analyst.
- Be extremely motivated, and able to work efficiently independently.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- True liaison between technical and business owners.
- Past experience in a leadership role and as a Business Analyst.
- BS and/or MS degree in Agronomy, Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics, Plant Breeding, Molecular Breeding, or Plant Sciences.
- Ability to understand data bases and data structures.
