The thing that I most admire about NetEffects is its people – the back office people that make the company tick, who were always there to help me out. The other thing I most admire about NetEffects is corporate philanthropy – I haven’t come across any organization the size of NetEffects to have a person dedicated solely for this.

Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Spring and Hibernate
- At least four (4) years application Development experience with Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) technologies
- At least four (4) years experience with OO concepts and commonly used Design Patterns Using software development IDE tools, such as RAD or IntelliJ or Eclipse
- Experience with GWT (Google Web Tools)
- Experience with application security concepts and solutions
- Experience with the following technologies and/or tools: Subversion, Maven, JMS, AOP, JAAS
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
