NetEffects is seeking a qualified VoIP Applications Support Member for one of our nationwide clients. 

Required Skills:

·         Four (4) years of UNIX, SIP, and VoIP Applications experience

·         Strong technical knowledge, combined with the conceptual ability to relate work performed to the overall VoIP platform.

·         Ability to proactively identify and troubleshoot VoIP service impacting troubles.

Responsibilities:

·         VoIP Applications Support Member will perform and coordinate complex trouble resolution for VoIP platforms.
