The thing that I most admire about NetEffects is its people – the back office people that make the company tick, who were always there to help me out. The other thing I most admire about NetEffects is corporate philanthropy – I haven’t come across any organization the size of NetEffects to have a person dedicated solely for this.

NetEffects is seeking a Senior J2EE Developer with advanced knowledge of Spring and Hibernate for one of our highly regarded fortune 500 clients.
Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Spring and Hibernate
- At least four (4) years Application Development experience with Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) technologies
- Experience developing distributed applications using Web Services and/or EJB.
- Experience developing with J2EE application servers, such as WebSphere 6.x.
- Experience developing with relational databases, such as Oracle 10.x
- Solid grasp on relational database modeling and design
- Solid understanding of HTTP and web-based authentication and authorization concepts
- Strong knowledge of OO concepts and commonly used Design Patterns
- Using software development IDE tools, such as RAD or Eclipse
- Experience with Struts, Spring, and Hibernate
- Experience analyzing requirements and designs within distributed/multi-tiered applications
- Experience with JSP, Servlet, HTML, Javascript, CSS, AJAX EJB, XML, JNDI, JDBC, PL/SQL, and UNIX
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
