The thing that I most admire about NetEffects is its people – the back office people that make the company tick, who were always there to help me out. The other thing I most admire about NetEffects is corporate philanthropy – I haven’t come across any organization the size of NetEffects to have a person dedicated solely for this.

NetEffects is seeking a Business Analyst with XML experience
Required Skills:
- At least 5 years working experience as a Business Analyst
- Experienced gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating business requirements into use cases and/or functional system specifications
- At least 3 years experience in defining standards for point to point and web service enabled XML transactions including the creation and/or interpretation of XML schemas
- Ability to design schemas
- At least 3 years of experience as an electronic commerce analyst defining electronic system to system transaction flows among B2B trading partners
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise across a variety of applications
- Experience conducting internal testing across multiple applications and external testing with trading partners
Responsibilities:
- Business Analyst will work on B2B (system to system) connectivity with external trading partners
- Business Analyst will facilitate meetings to discuss business and technical requirements with both technical and non-technical parties
- Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business problems, capturing and documenting business requirements, maintaining use cases, working with development teams, developing and executing system test cases, and rolling out processes and new projects with external trading partners
