NetEffects is seeking a Project Manager that is fluent in both Spanish and English
Required Skills:
- Extended knowledge of data processing standards and financial industry/banking operations practices
- Extended knowledge of relevant host operating system environments, communication protocols, and member applications, technically proficient in several corporate applications
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and Lotus Notes
- Strong knowledge of universal standards (ISO 8583, 3DES Encryption, etc)
- Working knowledge of the TCP/IP communication protocol and applications such as Telnet and FTP that use TCP
- TCP/IP troubleshooting skills
- Operating knowledge with EBCDIC vs. ASCII character encoding sets
- Operating knowledge of IBM S/390 mainframes, AS/400, Tandem, distributed systems, and Electronic File Transfer strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of PC's and networks
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate implementation and testing of products and services for new and existing customers
- Provide general technical support and detailed knowledge of hardware, software, products, and services and participate in product development to ensure customer implementation feasibility and efficiency
- Serve as a liaison between technical and managerial staff
- Coordinate activities, project assignments, problem resolution, and reporting
- Design, develop, test, and implement new customer tools, training, and documentation
- Provide general technical support and detailed knowledge of hardware, software, products, and services
- Participate in product development to ensure member implementation feasibility and efficiency
