The thing that I most admire about NetEffects is its people – the back office people that make the company tick, who were always there to help me out. The other thing I most admire about NetEffects is corporate philanthropy – I haven’t come across any organization the size of NetEffects to have a person dedicated solely for this.

Required Skills:
- At least 3 years of SEO technical implementation experience with two or more SEO implementations
- At least 2 years of experience in .NET/C# development
- Ability to cross train staff in SEO theory and practice
- Business SEO understanding as well as the technical implementation of SEO models
- Familiar with complex system languages and application development
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex SEO applications using a thorough understanding of a number of technologies
- Assure SEO application development delivers the desired functionality within the estimated timeframe and strive to improve the processes
- Assures technical leadership and accountability for SEO growth
- Write quality code to create SEO business solutions and automate business processes and systems
- Help implement a defined SEO plan along with making adjustments to it based on experience
