Required Skills:
- At least 5 years experience in the implementation of SAP CRM solutions
- Worked on at least two complete CRM project implementations
- Strong knowledge of CRM table structures as they relate to Business partner, Contacts, Relationships, Interaction center, Web UI
- Functional and configuration experience with those same components of CRM
- Experience writing SAP design documents
- Experience working on large projects in a multi-team environment
