As NetEffects continues to grow to better serve its clients, it is welcoming two new employees to the NetEffects team at our headquarters — a former United States Navy Diver and an E-commerce leader.

Before starting in the IT industry, NetEffects newest recruiter, Bill Courtney, was exploring the seas as a Diver/Submarine Communications Technician. After his time in the Navy, Bill graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lindenwood University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Technology, and will receive his MBA from Lindenwood University in December of 2006. As a recruiter, Bill sources resumes from the Internet and NetEffects internal database and helps recruit consultants for the NetEffects team.

“Bill is really helping to find those hard to reach consultants that our clients are hunting for,” explains Vice President Stephanie Schroeder, “With his research abilities we will be able to fill requests even faster.”

The second new addition to the team is Relationship Manager Kathy Myers. Kathy has more than 15 years experience in the IT field, where she held leadership roles in E-Kathy Myerscommerce and data warehouse projects.  She also held positions in sales and marketing departments before joining NetEffects. Kathy has a Masters of Science Degree in Management Information Systems. As a relationship manager, Kathy is responsible for finding the best matches for NetEffects clients and consultants.

“With a wealth of IT experience, Kathy is a great addition to our team,” explains Schroeder, “She will truly help bring together our best consultants and the needs of our clients.”
