It provides an added benefit to our clients and our consultants alike: consultants have an easy, effective way to hone their skills and clients are assured of having the most talented staff whose special skills are current.

e-University: a Cool, Effective Way To Upgrade, Learn New Skills

While NetEffects works diligently to provide our clients with the most talented consultants, the tech industry is constantly changing, sometimes day-to-day. To ensure everyone has the most current information in their field, NetEffects has launched its unique NetEffects University.

The on-line training program is available to every Class 3 consultant. Anyone not participating in the Class 3 program can switch simply by calling Michelle Zipfell at the home office (636-237-1000). Michelle can also provide information on enrollment. If there is a program not listed as part of the NetEffects initial offerings, let Michelle know so that we can make adjustments.

Programs offered to NetEffects consultants include Technical, Business and Desktop courses, a total of some 2,000 individual learning programs.

NetEffects University uses the services of MindLeaders, considered the leader in on-line personal training.

  • All courses have a Skills Assessment at the beginning and end of each course, which serves as a pre and post test.  This allows the learner to build a customized learning path with the ability to test out of particular units and concentrate on the information they need to learn vs. information they already know.
