Off-shore Recruiters Give NetEffects Stronger Global Reach
Since our beginning in 1995, NetEffects has been a growing global company, making placements throughout the world in such diverse economies as India, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Turkey, Brussels and Azerbaijan.
To meet our clients’ growing needs in this global economy, it was clear that NetEffects has to have strategic recruiters not only in the U.S., but across the globe. To that end, we have now doubled our recruiting staff with the addition of five off-shore recruiters to supplement the very talented and successful staff of recruiters that we have in our headquarters office.
“We need to have this global reach to find the perfect consultants for our clients,” said Vice President Stephanie Tolen-Schroeder. She noted that our most recent example was a placement in Barbados of a consultant specializing in bank-specific database projects.
“It’s the quality of our consultants that separates NetEffects from our competition,” added President Jack Bader. “We have to find that talent no matter where they live in the world. The addition of off-shore recruiters gives us that broader, world-wide reach.”
