Meet the newest NetEffects staffers

Meet Robert Kumming

As the next step in NetEffects growth, we have launched a National Accounts Division and acquired the highly talented Rob Kumming III to serve as the department’s National Accounts Delivery Manager (NADM). Rob comes to us extremely well qualified to launch this new and exciting effort to better serve our national clients. Rob-Kumming

A veteran recruiter himself, Rob has recruited for some of America’s top corporations. His experience earned him recognition in one organization’s Presidents Club for exceeding monthly recruiting targets each month for three consecutive years. To achieve this, he’s developed experience in life cycle recruiting, working with clients to create accurate job descriptions and hiring process guidelines. He’s served as a mentor and coach to young recruiters and has extensive knowledge of off-shore recruiting processes.

As our new NADM, Rob will be responsible for organizing our new department and then launching a process that will find even more high quality candidates for our national clients. He will also work with our MBE/WBE sub supplier firms to insure quality and accountability.

“We’re extremely pleased to have Rob join us to develop this new division within our company. He’s a real ‘added value’ guy that will serve our clients well,” said President Jack Bader.

Meet Kadarmbari Goel

Joining the NetEffects growing recruiting team is Kadarmbari Goel, a veteran recruiter with extensive experience in IT staffing needs. Kady-Goel

Kadarmbari brings to her job the added value of direct experience in both planning, executing and monitoring large scale projects as well as supervising project engineers, software developers and technical engineers. This allows her to fully understand, and find, the types of consultants our clients need for their projects.

Already holding an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing, she is currently working towards her second MBA at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She is a graduate of Delhi University, India.

“Kadarmbari is another quality addition to our staff. Her understanding of human resources and her previous experience of supervising large projects has already catapulted her into a successful recruiter career here at NetEffects,” said Vice President Stephanie Tolen-Schroeder.
