We have probably told you once, definitely told you twice, and now we are letting you know again: We here at NetEffects, Inc., LOVE REFERRALS.
As a NetEffects, Inc. employee, we value your opinion and your recommendations,
especially when it comes to potential candidates. We know we cannot put a dollar amount on the superb talent that has been referred to us, but we tried and are offering $500 for referrals (not bad)!
You can send referrals to referrals@neteffects.com and we will begin working to find a great position for your friend, relative, or former colleague. Also, please feel free to follow up with us on other referrals that you have sent in the past.
To qualify as a referral the individual must complete his/her 90-day probationary period and be willing to work directly for NetEffects. This is a great way to earn an extra $500 dollars!
Over the next few months, we will be sending email reminders about the referral program along with the hot skill sets we need. You can easily respond to these emails with any referral you have and if the candidate has the hot skill set, we are looking for you may get an additional prize!
